Cancellation Policy
If appointment is canceled by client, the retainer/deposit is non refundable. If the client wishes to reschedule , the deposit 1 times as long as the rescheduling date is within the month of the original appointment. If the client cancels or rescheduled the same week as the appointment , no refund will be issued and client will have to pay new deposit for new appointment.
